What you will do

As an Expert Systems Integration Engineer, you will contribute to the transformation of our company, the transport industry, and society at large. This will be done by providing professional expertise, planning, and oversight in the area of vehicle electrical and electronics system integration. You will also provide technical leadership to team of engineers focused on system integration and release management.

Your Core responsibilities will include:

  • Leading the development of the Systems Integration and Configuration Management plan.

  • Ensuring correct level of software and hardware maturity for various test activities and development stages.

  • Recommending tools for the project from the approved range of Change, Release, and Configuration Management tools.

  • Administering software baselines and changes to them.

  • Reporting issues related to software integration and supporting Product Owners with info needed for resolution.

  • Charing and participating in Baseline Release meetings and Software Release Board meetings.

  • Providing software configuration status (Document Plan, Defect Report & Change Order status)

  • Technical leadership: Leads system integration activities by establishing product evolution milestones, aligning SW maturity targets for each milestone and ensuring proper communication of software baseline content.

Requirements

  • Master of Science in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science

  • 8+ years of relevant industry experience

Preferred Skills

  • Previous commercial vehicle or automotive experience
